Refund policy

At CadRay Ty E-Bike Distributors Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of purchase.

To qualify, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original prime condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that show signs of wear, installation, or damage may not be eligible for exchange.

Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.

We do not offer refunds at this time, but we are happy to help you find the right replacement product to meet your needs.
